Payment history

The Payment History section allows you to view all past transactions, giving you a complete record of payments, receipts, and account activity in one place. This helps you track spending, monitor rewards, and verify completed transactions.

1. Accessing payment history

  • Open the app and navigate to the Wallet tab
  • Select payments to see a chronological list of all transactions.

2. Viewing transaction details

  • Tap on any transaction to view detailed information.
  • Details may include the payment amount, date, recipient or merchant, store location, and linked receipt.
  • For QR Payments or Tap to Pay transactions, the method used will also be displayed.

3. Searching and filtering transactions

  • Use the dual date filter to view transactions within a specific period.
  • Filter by payment type, account, or status to locate specific transactions quickly.

4. Managing transactions

  • Download receipts for personal records or expense reporting.
  • Share receipts with others via email or messaging apps.
  • Report any incorrect or suspicious transactions directly from the transaction details screen.

Tips for Using Payment History

  • Regularly review your transactions to track spending and ensure accuracy.
  • Use filters to quickly locate payments for budgeting or auditing purposes.
  • Keep receipts downloaded or shared for important business or personal records.
