Opening a Wollette account

The process of applying for a Wollette account should take a few minutes once you’ve downloaded the app.

Step 1: Download the App:

  1. Open the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android).
  2. In the search bar, type “Wollette: Smartest Way to Shop.” (Search Keyword: Wollette)
  3. Tap Install to download the app onto your device.
  4. Once installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app.
  5. Allow any necessary permissions (such as notifications or camera access) to ensure all features function correctly.

Step 2: Registration:

  1. Enter your details: Fill in all required fields, including your username, password, email address, and phone number.
  2. Set a secure password: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
  3. Verify your phone number: Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone.
  4. Provide personal information: Add your first name, last name, date of birth, gender, country, and time zone.
  5. Agree to the terms: Read and tick the box to accept the Terms of Service.
  6. Set up your passcode: Create a 6-digit passcode to secure your account, then re-enter it to confirm.
  7. Enable biometrics: Activate fingerprint recognition or face recognition for quicker and more secure sign-ins.

  1. Field is required: Make sure you’ve filled in all mandatory fields before proceeding.
  2. Password too short/long: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and meet the required criteria.
  3. Invalid phone number or email: Please enter a valid phone number and email address in the correct format.
  4. Verification failed: Double-check the 6-digit code sent to your phone and try again.
  5. Network error: If the issue persists, check your internet connection and reload the page (or close the app and re-open it).
