Closing your Wollette account

You can deactivate and close your account in the Settings.

  1. Navigate to the Settings from the icon on the top right.
  2. Click "Manage profile".
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Deactivate Account then follow the steps when prompted.

Your account will be deactivated then deletion will happen after 30 days.

To reactivate your account within the 30 days, simply log in again.
