About WollettePay settlements
With WollettePay payments, merchants can request payouts on a daily basis through the Merchant Dashboard. This helps businesses access funds faster and manage cash flow with more confidence.
On the WollettePay settlements page, merchants can clearly view:
- Pending balance -funds currently being processed
- Available balance - funds available to request as a payout
- Refunds - refunded payments
- Total paid in - total payments received through WollettePay
- Total paid out - total funds already settled to the business
Balances are updated on the settlements page each day at 10PM.
Requesting a payout
To request a payout, select the payments you would like to transfer to your bank account, then click Request payout.
A small percentage of each payment may be temporarily held as a reserve to help cover any refunds, disputes, or adjustments. This helps keep settlements reliable while giving your business faster access to funds.
