WollettePay merchant registration

Merchants can register for WollettePay in the settings of the Merchant Dashboard.

There are different types of registration for WollettePay according to your business type.

You can choose from the following business types:

• Limited Company
• Sole Trader
• Lettings Agent
• Landlords
• Other (please specify).

You will be asked to to fill in specific details depending on your business type such as company details, information about the directors and funding your WollettePay account.

Once all the information is filled and confirmed, the details will be submitted for additional Identity & Verification checks (ID&V) for the Directors and Person of Significant Control.

A QR code will be shown on the screen to where the requester is prompted to complete these checks which involves submitting a selfie, providing a photo of a valid form of identity and submitting a proof of address (a utility form or similar dated in the past 3 months).

The account will then await final approval where an email will be sent with the outcome within 5-7 working days.
