Reporting and insights

Wollette Merchant Dashboard has different types of reports and insights for your store. This includes overview for your store, specific branches, products and customer insights.

Merchant dashboard home screen

The Merchant Dashboard is the home screen when you log into Wollette on a browser. The page offers a high-level overview of your business activity, helping you monitor performance, customer behaviour, and operational insights at a glance.

End of day reporting

Wollette Merchant Dashboard allows merchants to view full reports for each branch in the reports menu of the branch.

To access the reports:

  • Go to Branches in the menu.
  • Select a branch to view location-specific data
  • In the reports tab, you can also view a breakdown of sales, payment methods, taxes, products and sales by employees. You can also filter the reports by date and export it as a CSV or PDF.

This is helpful for viewing full performance for a specific branch.

Product insight

Wollette Merchant Dashboard allows merchants to compare product sales and refunds in a chosen timeframe.

  1. Navigate Product insight on the left menu.
  2. Adjust the timeframe using calendar or options available.
  3. Choose the branch or branches where you would like to see product insight.
  4. Choose the product or multiple products to view and compare by searching the products. Adjust the time frame as needed. You can compare the number of sales, sales amount, number of refunds, and refund amount for each product added.

Customer insights

You can view details about your customers on the main dashboard. This is only collected if the customer has a Wollette account and has scanned it at checkout.

The dashboard shows sales data segmented:

  • By age
  • By gender
  • Any coupon, points and loyalty usage
  • And new vs returning customers.
