How can I view performance statistics and reports?

Wollette Merchant Dashboard provides built-in tools to help you monitor performance, understand trends, and make informed decisions. You can access real-time statistics and detailed reports directly from the dashboard.

After logging in, the Home section gives you a high-level overview of your performance. This includes:

  • Overall sales, refunds, and waste
  • Customer ratings and feedback
  • New vs. returning customers
  • Sales breakdown by age and gender
  • Loyalty points and coupon usage
  • Top-performing locations

These widgets offer real-time snapshots of your store's activity based on the dates on the top right of the page.

Use the sidebar to access deeper product and pricing insights

For more detailed reporting, use the sidebar to navigate to:

  • Product insight – analyse performance by product, including top-sellers, low performers, and waste impact.
  • Transactions – view all past sales, including date, terminal, refund status, and customer data.

Each of these areas allows you to filter data by date range, store location, or product category.

View reports by branch

To focus on specific locations:

  • Go to Branches in the sidebar in the Merchant Dashboard
  • Select a branch to view location-specific data and trends
  • In the reports tab, you can also view a breakdown of sales, payment methods, taxes, products and sales by employees. You can also filter the reports by date and export it as a CSV or PDF.

This is helpful for viewing full performance for a specific branch.
