Merchant dashboard home screen

The Merchant Dashboard is the home screen when you log into Wollette on a browser. The page offers a high-level overview of your business activity, helping you monitor performance, customer behaviour, and operational insights at a glance.

Wollette’s Merchant Dashboard allows you to filter your performance data by date, so you can analyse trends, compare periods, and make more informed business decisions. This can be done easily from the date picker on the top right of the dashboard.

Here’s a breakdown of the key sections and what you can view:

1. Overall Performance

Overall performance is presented as bar charts to help you quickly identify trends or anomalies across all locations. You can change the dates on the date picker on the top right of the page. The charts show a visual summary of your store activity for the selected period, including:

  • Sales
  • Refunds
  • Waste.
