Processing an order

Steps

  1. Log in to Wollette POS on your preferred device. Enter your user and pin and then select the Terminal and log in.
  2. Click Start New Order.
  3. Scan the product(s) or type to search by name. You can also add products from categories.
  4. To apply a manual discount, select the Discounts icon at the top or on each product to apply product level discounts.
  5. Once the order is complete, click Pay at the bottom of the screen.
  6. If the customer has a Wollette QR Code, scan it when prompted or skip.
  7. Select the payment method, WollettePay, card or cash. Wollette POS offers multiple payment types. For a single method of card or WollettePay the entire amount will automatically be entered when you select. Click Pay to complete the transaction.

What happens next

Once the order is complete, you will see the receipt with all the products, taxes and payment details.
