Processing orders and payments

To process a payment:

1. Log in to Wollette POS on your preferred device. Select the Terminal and log in.
2. Click Start New Order.
3. Scan the product(s) or type to search by name. To apply a discount, select the Discounts icon at the top or on each product to apply product level discounts.
4. Once the order is complete, click Pay at the bottom of the screen.
5. If the customer has a Wollette QR Code, scan it when prompted or skip.
6. Select the payment method, WollettePay, card or cash. Wollette POS offers multiple payment types. Enter the correct values for each and click Pay to complete the transaction.
7. Once the order is complete, you will see the receipt with all the products, taxes and payment details.
