Digital receipts

Digital receipts are automatically generated and stored for every completed transaction, making it easy for you and your customers to access purchase history.

  1. After a payment is completed, a digital receipt is instantly generated.
  2. If the customer used their Wollette QR Code, the receipt is automatically sent to their Wollette account for them to view.
  3. You can view and manage receipts from the Transactions section, where each receipt includes:
    • Product details
    • Payment method
    • Any taxes
    • Any discounts or coupons applied.

This eliminates the need for paper receipts, reduces waste, and ensures all records are securely stored and easy to retrieve. If customers require a paper receipt, it can be printed if a receipt printer is available.
