Digital receipts
Digital receipts are automatically generated and stored for every completed transaction, making it easy for you and your customers to access purchase history.
- After a payment is completed, a digital receipt is instantly generated.
- If the customer used their Wollette QR Code, the receipt is automatically sent to their Wollette account for them to view.
- You can view and manage receipts from the Transactions section, where each receipt includes:
- Product details
- Payment method
- Any taxes
- Any discounts or coupons applied.
This eliminates the need for paper receipts, reduces waste, and ensures all records are securely stored and easy to retrieve. If customers require a paper receipt, it can be printed if a receipt printer is available.
