Wollette points scheme
Wollette allows you to manage loyalty programmes by setting up and reviewing points schemes linked to customer purchases. You can easily view and edit your active schemes in the Points scheme menu on the Merchant Dashboard.
View and edit my current points schemes
1. Navigate to the Points scheme menu
From the Merchant dashboard, navigate to the settings menu then Points scheme. This section will display your points scheme policies. Here you can also add the Point scheme menu to the side menu navigation.
2. Review scheme details
In the Point scheme menu, you can edit and update the following:
- Scheme name
- Logo (max 1mb)
- Award policy - points-to-currency ratio, for example £1.00 = 4 points
- Redemption policy for example 25 points = £1.00
- Exclude SKUs for points or redemption - these SKUs will not be eligible for points or eligible for points redemption.
Once any changes are made and saved, new earning rules will be applied immediately to all future qualifying transactions.
