Set or update the redemption policy
The redemption policy defines how customers can use their accumulated points in exchange for discounts or rewards. Wollette allows you to configure or update these rules to align with your loyalty programme strategy in the Merchant dashboard.
1. Navigate to the Points scheme menu
From the Merchant dashboard, navigate to the settings menu then Points scheme. This section will display your points scheme policies. Here you can also add the Point scheme menu to the side menu navigation.
2. Choose the scheme to edit
Click on the points scheme for which you want to set or update the redemption policy.
3. Edit the redemption policy
In the Redemption Policy section, configure the following:
- Conversion rate (e.g. 100 points = £1)
- Exclude SKUs or remove excluded SKUs.
4. Save and apply changes
Once you've updated the redemption settings, click Save. The new policy will take effect immediately on all qualifying transactions.
