Managing existing offers and promotions

Wollette Merchant Dashboard allows you to create offers and promotions to use in your POS, so you can adjust discounts, change terms, or update active periods as needed.

Updating existing offers

1. Navigate to Settings then Offers

Click on Settings in the sidebar to access your business configuration options. Click on Offers. You can also add Offers to the sidebar for quick access in settings.

2. Choose the offer to edit

Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the offer you want to update. Click on the offer to open its detail page.

3. Edit offer details

Modify any details for the offer as needed. After making the necessary updates, click Save to apply the changes. The offer will be updated and reflected in sales immediately or according to the new schedule.

How do I deactivate an offer?

Deactivating offers in Wollette Merchant Dashboard helps you manage promotions effectively and ensure that outdated discounts no longer apply at checkout.

1. Navigate to Settings then Offers

Click on Settings in the sidebar to access your business configuration options. Click on Offers. You can also add Offers to the sidebar for quick access in settings.

2. Choose the offer to remove

Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the offer you want to deactivate. Click on the offer to open its details to double check you are deactivating the correct offer.

3. Deactivate the offer

To deactivate, select the Deactivate offer option and confirm the action when prompted. Ensure your changes are saved. The offer will no longer apply during sales after deactivation.
