Offers in Wollette are designed to apply discounts or promotions automatically, influencing product prices and sales to help you drive customer engagement and boost revenue. Offers are set up and managed in the Merchant Dashboard to be used in the POS.

Automatic price adjustment

When an offer is active and applicable to a product, Wollette POS automatically adjusts the price at checkout according to the offer’s rules. This means customers see the discounted price without needing manual input.

Types of offers

  • Percentage discounts - reduce the product price or total transaction by a set percentage
  • Fixed amount discounts - subtract a specific value from the price or total transaction

Impact on sales

Offers can increase sales volume by incentivising customers to purchase more or try new products. Promotions can also encourage repeat visits and improve customer loyalty.

Reporting and tracking

Wollette tracks sales made under each offer, allowing you to review performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of your promotions.

Important considerations

  • Offers override the standard product price only during the active period and if all conditions are met.
  • Multiple offers may not stack unless configured to do so.
  • Ensure offer rules are clear to avoid pricing conflicts at checkout.
