Creating a new offer or promotion
Wollette Merchant Dashboard allows you to create offers and promotions to use in your POS, so you can adjust discounts, change terms, or update active periods as needed.
1. Navigate to Settings then Offers
Click on Settings in the sidebar to access your business configuration options. Click on Offers. You can also add Offers to the sidebar for quick access in settings.
2. Create a new Offer
Click the “+ Add Offer” button and enter the required details such as:
- Offer name
- Description
- Start and end dates
- Discount type - percentage, fixed amount, buy-one-get-one, etc.
- Terms and conditions
- Validity period
- Applicable SKUs
- Add any rules and targeting for the specific offer such as gender, age, transaction frequency and amount.
3. Save and activate
Review your settings and click Save to make the offer live.
The offer will now apply automatically during sales according to your configuration.
