Add or exclude specific SKUs from being redeemed with points
In the Merchant Dashboard, you can control which products customers can redeem their loyalty points on by excluding specific items. This ensures that points are used appropriately according to your business policies.
1. Navigate to the Points scheme menu
- From the Merchant dashboard, navigate to the settings menu then Points scheme. This section will display your points scheme policies.
- Here you can also add the Point scheme menu to the side menu navigation.
2. Update the Redemption policy settings
- In the Redemption policy section, using the search bar you can add SKUs to exclude from the redemption policy or remove those that are currently excluded.
- Excluded products will no longer be eligible for point redemption during checkout.
