Add or exclude specific SKUs from earning points

Wollette Merchant Dashboard allows you to customise your loyalty programme by including or excluding certain products (SKUs) from earning points. This helps control how rewards are distributed and aligns your scheme with business goals.

1. Navigate to the Points scheme menu

  • From the Merchant dashboard, navigate to the settings menu then Points scheme. This section will display your points scheme policies.
  • Here you can also add the Point scheme menu to the side menu navigation.

2. Update the award policy settings

  • In the Award policy section, using the search bar you can add SKUs to exclude from the earning points or remove those that are currently excluded.
  • Once a SKU is added or removed a notification will show that it has been added or removed.
  • You can remove an excluded SKU by clicking the cross on the SKU.
