Updating stock quantities
Wollette Merchant Dashboard gives you the flexibility to update product pricing and stock quantities directly from your product list. This helps you keep inventory accurate and pricing current across your store.

Wollette Merchant Dashboard gives you the flexibility to update product pricing and stock quantities directly from your product list. This helps you keep inventory accurate and pricing current across your store.
Updating stock quantities
Steps
- From the main dashboard, navigate to the Branch menu.
- Select the Branch to update stock, then the Stock tab. This will open your product inventory list for your branch.
- Use the search bar or scroll through the list to locate the product you want to update the stock and click to view the details.
- Click the three dots on the product and Edit Quantity.
- Enter the quantity number and select auto-update to ensure that the quantity is adjusted as items are sold.
- After making your edits, click Save.
Further features such as bulk upload to update the quantity numbers via CSV or Excel is coming in a future update.
What happens next
Your changes will be applied immediately across the POS system.
