Updating stock quantities
Wollette Merchant Dashboard gives you the flexibility to update product pricing and stock quantities directly from your product list. This helps you keep inventory accurate and pricing current across your store.
1. Open the Sidebar and go to Branch
From the main dashboard, navigate to the Branch menu.
2. Select the Branch to update Stock
Select the Branch to update stock, then the Stock tab. This will open your product inventory list for your branch.
3. Find the Product to Update
Use the search bar or scroll through the list to locate the product you want to update the stock and click to view the details.
4. Click Edit Quantity
Click the three dots on the product and Edit Quantity. Enter the quantity number and select auto-update to ensure that the quantity is adjusted as items are sold.
5. Save Your Changes
After making your edits, click Save. Your changes will be applied immediately across the POS system.
Further features such as bulk upload to update the quantity numbers via CSV or Excel is coming in a future update.
