Checking your stock is accurate
Steps
- From the Merchant Dashboard, navigate to the Stock menu then select the branch you want to check the stock count for.
- Click the Stock tab which will display the product list for the branch.
- Download the CSV of the full stock or scan through the product list to check that stock quantities are shown for each item.
- Check for any unexpected zero quantities or unusually high counts and check accordingly. This provides a quick overview of any potential errors or mismatches.
- For accuracy, compare the digital stock record with a physical stock take. You can do this periodically or during stock takes to identify any gaps or errors.
Uploading branch stock through the imports tab
You can easily update the branch stock by uploading the portion of the excel file in the imports feature. Please read the step by step help guide through importing your catalogue.
