Adding a new category in Wollette Merchant Dashboard helps keep your product catalogue organised and ensures a smooth experience for staff and customers at the point of sale. Any updates in the Merchant Dashboard will automatically sync with POS.
1. Navigate to the categories menu
Navigate to the Categories menu either from the side bar or from the settings menu. You can also add the Categories menu to the side bar in the settings menu.
2. Add a New Category
Then click Save to confirm and create the new category.
The new category will now appear in your product organisation and be available for use.
