Updating branch details and settings

1. Navigate to the Branches Section

From the dashboard sidebar, click or tap on Branches. This will open a list of all branches associated with your merchant account.

2. Select a Branch

Choose the branch you want to edit by clicking on its name in the list. This will open the Branch screen.

3. Update Branch Information

Click settings located in branches menu, you can then update:

  • Branch name and contact details
  • Physical address
  • Admins/Clerks
  • Terminals

Make any necessary changes by clicking on the appropriate field or using the edit icons.

4. Save Your Changes

Once all updates are made, click Save to apply the changes. Updates will reflect immediately across the POS system for that branch.
