Managing terminals

Wollette Merchant Dashboard allows you to manage all the terminals for your stores and branches. Multiple terminals allow you to manage different types of users and locations. Once set up in the Merchant Dashboard, you can view and use the terminals in Wollette POS.

Adding new terminals

You can add new terminals to your Branch settings.

  1. From the Merchant Dashboard, navigate to the Branches menu
  2. Click on Settings in the top menu
  3. Click Add Terminals in the Terminals section
  4. Populate the required fields then save the new Terminal.

Once saved, the terminal will be available for use in your POS. Ensure that clerks and admins have the relevant access to use the terminal.

Editing terminals

You can add edit the terminals for your Branch settings.

  1. From the Merchant Dashboard, navigate to the Branches menu
  2. Click on Settings in the top menu
  3. Navigate to the terminals section and find the one to edit
  4. Click the three dots a the end of the row and edit as required
  5. Save any changes to the terminal.

Once saved, the changes will be updated across your platforms and seen in both the Merchant Dashboard and Wollette POS.
