How do I choose or switch between terminals?
If you operate more than one terminal, Wollette POS allows you to choose or switch between them easily. Follow the steps below to select the correct terminal for your shift or transaction activity.
Opening a terminal
- Once you log into Wollette POS, the terminals available to you is displayed.
- Select the desired terminal, then select your username and enter your pin as prompted. Then click "Start new session" or "Continue session" to enter the terminal.
- You will then be taken to the POS to start any transactions.
Switching terminals
To switch terminals mid-session:
- To exit the terminal you are logged into, click the exit button on the top right (tablet) or bottom right (mobile). Then click "Exit".
- You will then be taken back to the terminal log in screen to select a terminal and log in as prompted.
Tips for Terminal Management:
- Make sure each terminal has a unique, easily identifiable name.
- Only authorised users should have access to terminal switching.
- If a terminal isn’t showing, check your permissions or contact your admin.
