Can I compare statistics across multiple branches?

1. Go to the Merchant Dashboard

From the Merchant Dashboard, you’ll see a high-level view of data aggregated across all your branches. This includes:

• Sales, refunds, and waste
• Customer ratings
• Loyalty and coupon activity
• Demographic insights - age, gender, new vs. returning customers.

This overview gives you a quick sense of how your business is performing overall.

2. Use the Top 10 Locations Table

Scroll down to the Top 10 Locations section. Here, you’ll see:

• A ranked list of your branches by sales performance
• Each branch’s transaction volume
• A map view showing where each branch is located

This allows for quick comparisons at a glance.

3. Filter by Date Range

To compare performance over a specific time period:

• Click the date filter in the top-right corner of the dashboard
• Choose a preset or custom date range
• The Top 10 and summary metrics will update automatically

This helps you evaluate how branches performed during promotions, seasonal periods, or specific weeks.

4. View Individual Branch Data

1. Go to the Branches menu, where an overview of sales and refunds is shown for each branch. You can filter the date to compare over different date ranges.
2. Select a branch to open its detailed dashboard, where you can see sales, refunds, customer ratings and more.
