The Report tab breaks a branch's trading down by payment method, transaction type, tax, category, product and employee for whatever period you choose.
Where to find it: Sidebar → Branches → click the branch's card → Report
Everything on the tab follows the date range you pick with the date range picker at the top right. Change the range and every table refreshes.
Merchants on the pay-as-you-go plan see only the Payment methods and Transactions breakdown sections.
The page redraws with just the sections you ticked. If you leave only one section ticked, it expands to fill the page and shows all of its rows instead of the first few.
Your selection also decides what an export contains — see below.
Most tables have a Filter button in their heading. Click it to choose which rows to include: payment methods, taxes, categories, products or employees. Type in the search box to narrow a long list, use Select all where it's offered, then click Done — or Close to cancel.
Filters apply to that table only, and they carry through into the export. Transactions breakdown has no filter.
Tables on the tab are cut off after the first few rows. Where there's more to see, a See all button appears underneath. It opens that section full-screen on its own page, with the same Add sections, date range and Export report controls at the top. The link at the top left labelled Report takes you back, and your filters and date range are kept.
The file downloads to your computer and the message "Report exported successfully" appears. The file is named after the branch and the date you exported it.
The export contains exactly what's on screen: the sections you currently have ticked, filtered the way you've filtered them, for the current date range. The date range and the export date are written at the top of the file. Sections you've unticked are not included.
