Reset your password

1. Go to the Login Screen

Open the Wollette POS app or visit the Wollette POS website, and navigate to the standard login screen.

2. Click “Forgot Password?”

Below the login fields, select the “Forgot Password?” link. This will take you to the password recovery page.

3. Enter your registered email address or username

On the recovery screen, type in the email address/username associated with your merchant account.

4. Check Your Email for a Reset Link

You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Open the message and click the provided link.

Tip: If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

5. Create a new password

After clicking the link, you'll be taken to a secure page where you can set a new password.

6. Log in with your new password

Return to the Wollette POS login screen and sign in using your updated credentials.

If you don’t receive the email or can’t reset your password:

  • Double-check that you're using the correct email address or username.
  • Contact your store admin to confirm your account details.
  • Reach out to Wollette Support if the issue continues.
