Deactivating and deleting your account

To deactivate your Wollette account, please contact Wollette via the customer support form.

Deactivating admins from Merchant Settings

  • To deactivate or suspend an Admin from the Merchant Settings, click the three dots next to their name and choose Suspend Account then confirm suspending the account.
  • After the account is suspended, you will then be able to see the option to deactivate the account permanently.

If you need to reactivate a user, an admin can do so in the Merchant Settings. Click the three dots then Reactivate account. The user will be reactivated to log in to Wollette again.

Deactivating users in branch

  • To deactivate or suspend an Admin or Clerk in your branch, navigate to the branch then settings.
  • Click the three dots next to their name and choose Suspend Account.
  • After the account is suspended, you will then be able to see the option to deactivate the account permanently.

If you need to reactivate a user in, an admin can do so in the Branch Settings. Click the three dots then Reactivate account. The user will be reactivated to log in to Wollette again.
