To deactivate your Wollette account, please contact Wollette via the customer support form.
Where to find it: Merchant Settings for a Merchant Administrator; the branch → settings for a Branch Admin or Sales Clerk
Use the ⋮ menu at the end of a person's row. Only the actions that make sense for that person's current state are shown, and you'll never see them on your own row — you can't suspend or deactivate yourself.
| Action | Use it when | You'll be asked | And then see |
|---|---|---|---|
| Suspend account | Someone is away, or you want to block access temporarily | "Are you sure you want to suspend this account?" → Suspend | "Account suspended" |
| Resume account | Bringing a suspended person back | "Are you sure you want to resume this account?" → Resume | "Account resumed" |
| Deactivate account | Someone has left. Only offered on an account that is already suspended | "Are you sure you want to deactivate this account?" → Deactivate | "Account deactivated" |
| Activate account | Bringing a deactivated person back | "Are you sure you want to reactivate this account?" → Activate | "Account reactivated" |
Every confirmation also has a Cancel button if you change your mind. The table refreshes as soon as the action completes.
Suspending is the reversible, everyday option; deactivating is the end-of-employment one, and you have to suspend first.
